All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made on pipzard.com are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
Nature of Digital Goods
Pipzard products are digital software files (Expert Advisors) that are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase. Once the software has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and that the no-refund policy applies in full.
Trading Losses Are Not Refundable
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of trading performance, losses incurred, or dissatisfaction with results. Forex trading involves substantial risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.
By purchasing our software you confirm that you understand the risks involved in automated trading and that you accept full responsibility for any trading outcomes on your account.
What We Do Not Refund
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Trading losses or unsatisfactory trading performance
- Incompatibility with a broker not listed as supported
- Failure to follow setup instructions correctly
- Internet, VPS, or platform connectivity issues on your end
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
- No longer needing the product after purchase
- Claiming results do not match expectations
Exceptions
In the rare event that you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, we will investigate and correct the duplicate charge promptly. This is not a refund but a correction of an incorrect transaction.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us immediately at the email below with your order details and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, your license will be revoked immediately and you will be permanently banned from purchasing any Pipzard products.
We take fraud seriously and will provide full transaction documentation to payment processors and financial institutions when required to contest unauthorized disputes.

Pipzard reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
