By accessing pipzard.com or purchasing any Pipzard product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our software.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Pipzard AI.
Our Products
Pipzard offers automated forex trading software ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs") including VENOM EA and PRO EA. These are software tools designed to execute trades on a connected MetaTrader platform based on a defined algorithm.
Our products are sold as-is for personal use only. By purchasing you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own trading account.
- License is granted to one individual account holder only
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the software is strictly prohibited
- Reverse engineering or modifying the software is not permitted
- Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties requires written permission
Account & Access
Upon successful purchase you will receive access to your licensed software via the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials.
Pipzard reserves the right to revoke access if we determine the license is being used in violation of these terms, including sharing with unauthorized users or attempting to circumvent license restrictions.
Trading Risk Disclosure
Forex and CFD trading involves a significant risk of loss. The use of automated trading software does not eliminate this risk. Markets can move against you and losses can exceed your initial deposit.
Past performance of Pipzard products — whether shown in screenshots, videos, testimonials, or backtesting results — is not indicative of future performance. All trading results shown are for illustrative purposes only.
No Financial Advice
Pipzard AI is a software company, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Nothing on our website, in our products, or in any communication from us constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before engaging in any form of trading.
No Performance Guarantee
Pipzard makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that our software will generate profit, achieve any particular result, or perform in any specific way in live market conditions.
Trading results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: market conditions, broker execution, slippage, internet connectivity, server uptime, and individual account settings. We accept no liability for losses arising from the use of our software.
Payments & Billing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe. We do not store your card details.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
Pipzard reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Acceptable Use
When using our website or products you agree not to:
- Use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users accounts
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense our software to any third party
- Use our brand, name, or materials without prior written consent

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on pipzard.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, and product names is the exclusive property of Pipzard AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software — not to own or redistribute it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipzard AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
This includes but is not limited to trading losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on information provided by Pipzard. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products and services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your license to use the software will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
